Soldiers ride in War Machines, with due honor, to their last eternal duty station at the National Cemetery or the Family Cemetery

  • Honor Ride of Florida is a non-profit organization located in the Central Florida Area. We support local funeral homes for the transportation of Veterans and Qualified Dependents to their last Duty Station in the National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida, or a designated cemetery. We are Veteran and First Responder-run business with the primary mission to transport the Unclaimed, and Indigent Veterans. Our secondary mission is to support local funeral homes in transporting veterans to their designated final resting place. We support funeral homes in dignified transport of deceased Veterans to their designated funeral home or funeral chapel.
  • All the drivers for our specialized military street legal HMMVE M998 (known as a Humvee or Hummer) hearse are veterans or family dependents that accept a 24-hour shift to ensure that “no soldier is left behind”. We are obligated to transport the deceased with the rendering of appropriate honors. At Arlington National Cemetery, Soldiers are given an Honor Ride on a horse drawn caisson. We of Honor Ride of Florida, are extending that honor to All Veterans in the State of Florida by using a Military M998 that has been adapted for Military funeral services. We are starting our operation in the area of National Cemetery of Bushnell, FL and are anticipating the expansion to be servicing all 9 national cemeteries in the State of Florida.
